Mr. Wilson was the founder and CEO of Legacy Corporate Finance Consultants a regulatory and exempt securities consulting firm, which focused on assisting exempt issuers to come into compliance with securities regulations and raising capital through exempt offerings and full prospectus level take overs;
Mr Wilson founded NCC Corporation in 2001 and following the takeover and re-organization of National Credit Counselors, acted as CEO in addition to CEO, and Senior Trust officer then the largest for profit credit counseling company in Canada.
Mr. Wilson came to Hong Kong in 2006 as the President of Clean Energy USA, a US public Company.
From 2009 to 2014 he acted as Compliance Officer of Asia Pacific Investment Advisors Limited an investment and Insurance Dealer Licensed both by the SFC and PIBA.
