File in reports of menu details, cheque status, magazine collection, staff attendance, restaurant owners' NEA certification, personal information and restaurant license certification to the necessary authorities as it was a major National Event.
Day-to-day routine during the event consisted of having to do pre-event checks and approval for all activities and stalls for the respective day, doing stock-check of all the logistical equipment, having to engage with the Guest of Honours of the event which included Ministers Tharman Shanmugaretnam and Dr. Vivian Balakrishnan in special activities and explaining to them about the Event.
