Quick summary: Power8.com is a registered company. It offers company share subscription and share holders get a weekly Dividend and Revenue Sharing. (Currently averaging about +/- 2%.) Not quite sure what you are trying to do here, but one thing is for certain, Power8 has not given you authority to use their site for a scam. They do not use mlm types to sell their shares. They are adequately financed and would never resort to using people like you to sell their services. They don't need to. In fact I have forwarded them your post so they can track you down.

Ken, thank you, I'm glad to meet someone who has very similar mindset.
Initially when I was introduced to Power8.com, I was very skeptical. The main question is exactly similar to yours. So this is what I did:
1. Check the sign up website, the domain is still Power8.com
2. I go ahead to sign up to take a look, since it's free. The backoffice is still under Power8.com
I have since invested with them and getting weekly dividend without fail. The investment amount is not sent to anyone but directly to Power8.com from the backoffice menu page.
I was watching since then before I start moving this business. The team is now getting very aggressive now.
So far, news that is not yet in public news domain we are receiving it first hand from Power8.com.
Oh, I was just informed that some countries may not be able to see the sign up button and thus an't find the sign up page. Here's the link:

I learn that the company had its soft launch in around August, with some people visiting the head office in Barcelona. The next event will be a major one - the official launch in Mar 2015, next year.

If you really believe that you are dealing with the real company then I have some oceanfront proper in Las Vegas for sale to you. Power8 is a real company, that is true and because they are a real company they DO NOT USE SCHEMES such as you are promoting here. The real Power8 company's website has "NO SIGNUP" or REGISTER button because they do not use a scam to promote their business.
What you have probably found is a PHISHING site which is trying to get people to join a scam. If you are not part of this scam I suggest you get out and not try and recruit people into it. I have forwarded your post to the real company as well as the authorities who investigate online frauds.

What's stopping you to take a look at the sign up page and help yourself for a free sign up? There is no money involved and what's there to loose for you? A little more research. Why does the main site of the real Power8 company not have a "Sign Up" link" Why does your "Sign Up" page have a different URL than the real company, i.e. "https://sa.power8.com/Register.aspx" vs. www.power8.com. Why is the language on your sign up page only in English or Chinese, since it is a Spanish company why would it not have Spanish or any other European country language?
I am not saying you are stupid, According to your post Power8 is an MLM company, yet no mention of recruiting members can be found on their website. Don't you find that strange? Also why would a company like Power8 resort to an affiliate type of business plan when they have shareholders that have invested millions? Affiliates would not make money for Power8 as they have no product for affiliates to sell, so why would they even bother with the expense of recruiting affiliates? Real companies don't do that.
Anybody donating any money into this scheme is going to lose it. It's a scam, plain and simple.

I will try to discuss from my own perspective.
I'm not too sure why certain places are not able to see the sign in and sign up buttons. Maybe the following which I cut&paste from the company backoffice FAQ can help:
"2.0 About Power8 Shareholders
2.001 What benefits do Power8 shareholders have?
Power8 shareholders are entitled to weekly Dividend and Revenue Sharing.
2.002 How would I know if I am allowed to subscribe to being a Power8 shareholder under the financial regulations of my country?
Potential investors should consult local professional financial and legal advisors to obtain advice in relation to their country’s financial regulations before subscribing to being a Power8 shareholder or referring potential shareholders.
6.05 Why is Power8 not open to applicants of all nationalities?
From all political, legal and financial regulatory perspectives, we are currently either unable or not in a suitable position to offer our shares to residents and citizens in some countries. "
Anyway, for us, even clicking the sign in/up buttons still bring us to the secure site with the "https". The sign in/up page should be intentionally separate for security purposes.
One of the obvious phishing fraud is to ask you to click on a link which will link to a fake site. What you can do here is, don't click on the link I gave. Type it out on the address bar on your browser. Check that it is from Power8.com. And if you are still concern, don't give your information during sign up. Check the whole backoffice until you are satisfied before re-sign up and provide your information. Anyway, so far the sign up does not require sensitive information, and there is especially no credit card information ever required at the backoffice.
Language wise, English is a universal language used worldwide. They just launched this backoffice and English should be the fastest and easiest way for most to understand. As for Chinese, currently Chinese are the biggest investors, and that's what most of the companies are trying to attract.
I believe giving more time, the company should have enabled more languages on their backoffice. If needed to, we can check with the company. Or request for new language through their support department. So far their response is very fast.
As for method to expand, I believe you agree with me that word of mouth disseminating information is among the fastest. And following is what again I cut&paste a paragraph from the announcement by Mr.Arman Ghen, Chief Investor Relations Officer:
"Dear Shareholders,
Power8 was set up in late 2013 by merging of a few high-tech and financial entities. In the 2nd Quarter of 2014, we started offering share ownership program to participating shareholders. As a result, the company has been able to enlarge its capital a few folds to fund its operation and robust growth. This share ownership program is expected to continue for a few more years as Power8 continue to support its global expansion agenda until the company seeks public listing around 2020."
And, yes, you are right, there are people who invested millions with the company. Here's another cut&paste from the company:
"2.003 What is the minimum and maximum number of shares I can subscribe to?
The minimum and maximum amount of shares that you can subscribe to is from 5,000 to 10 million. The minimum and maximum number of shares may be raised or lowered depending on the policy of the company. "
On a side note, I'm not too sure if you follow pre-IPO market? Do you know that company like Facebook had their pre-IPO shares trading before actual listing? Here's a WSJ news article just to share:
